Happy last Monday in October 2019 and welcome to a night edition of Monday Moanin Thoughts. A big thank you to my son Paul of Data Driven Design for fixing my website and getting me back on track.  A few weekends ago I was with my family in Traverse City for our annual northern Michigan trip. Though a little wet, it was a spectacular time. The colors were beautiful, the air was crisp, the weather still cooperated, the food was great, and our day trip up Mission Pointe was a highlight. Welcome to the first Monday Moanin of October, 2019 to all of you. It is hard to believe that for most of you the first month of the 2019-20 school year is in the books. Typically the first month  of a new year is front loaded with many activities and a fast pace filled with numerous adjustments. October signals a time when most school staffs and administrators  are settling into their routines and schedules.  They are also showing the  initial signs of fatigue.
