Monday Moanin Thoughts # 282 What Is Your Word For 2018?

Welcome to the first Monday Moanin of 2018 and Happy New Year.  Celebrating a new year is the perfect time to reflect and make resolutions.  Many people, including myself find resolutions near impossible to achieve and maintain. I agree with author Jon Gordon who suggests picking one word to focus on throughout the year. As a result , I have been thinking and reflecting on what will my word be for 2018.  I am happy to share with you that my focus for 2018 will be the word voice. Of all the words to choose, why voice? For me, I want to use my voice to challenge myself to speak up, speak the truth, and to work at improving my positive influence with others. I also want to encourage others to use their voices to fight for what children need in their schools and communities. Is your voice being heard?

During this new year join me in choosing one word to help guide your work. Have a great 2018 and keep finding your voice and the good stuff.
